Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

A: To place an order, first go to the product page, which you can access via the navigation. Then select the desired order quantity of the product and click on "Add to shopping cart". You will now be forwarded to your shopping cart. Now click on "Checkout" and follow the steps to place your order.

Q : WHAT IS VIP DELIVERY?

A: Our VIP delivery offers you a guarantee against damage, theft and loss of your order. You will also benefit from priority treatment so that we can ship your order faster.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

A: We currently accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All information is transmitted in encrypted form via our security server. Your payment details will NOT be saved by us, but only used for the ordering process.

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: You can easily check your order status here. To do this, enter the tracking number that we have sent you. It may take 1-3 working days to view your order status after receiving the tracking number. In the event that you have not received a tracking number from us, please email: support@ponycap.co.uk. We will then immediately provide you with your tracking number and the status of your order.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

A: By default we only ship within Europe. On request, we can also ship your order to any other country. Simply send a request to: support@ponycap.co.uk.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Our team is working flat out to get your order to you as soon as possible. Due to the currently high demand, delivery times may be longer in some places. Despite high demand, your order should usually reach you within 1-3 weeks after receipt of payment. Only in rare cases can it take up to 40 days. If you have any questions about your order you can always email us at support@ponycap.co.uk. We will give you precise information about your order at any time.

Q: I ORDERED SEVERAL PRODUCTS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE?

A: To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, on rare occasions we may ship the products individually. The other ordered products will reach you in the following days.

Q: I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

A: Please check your spam folder and see if the confirmation email is there. If not, you can always contact us at support@ponycap.co.uk.

Q: I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE THIS?

A: If so, please email us at support@ponycap.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the error afterwards.
